I will admit this dress was a bit big for me. I have a small chest but wide hips and typically wear medium bottoms and small tops. Dresses can be tough because of this. I went by the size chart and fabric description and decided on a medium. There is a lot of room in the waist and I likely could have fit a small. But, I think it is still very wearable either by throwing on a belt to cinch the waist or wearing a cropped cardigan or vest with it. I think I will keep it because the extra room is nice for layering thick knits in the cold weather. The material is lightweight and flowy and I love the pattern.
