The cardigan is beautiful, but too large for a petite frame. A return was attempted and the portal was not working. Customer service has been contacted multiple times to process the return, with minimal to no response. It’s outside of the 14 day window at this point, so the new portal won’t work with the order number. At first I didn’t mind the store credit policy, but at this point I just want my money back.
